1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a full refund in the following situations:

  • Before restaurant confirmation: 100% refund within 5-7 business days
  • Restaurant delay: If the restaurant cannot prepare your order, full refund
  • Delivery issues: If we cannot deliver due to our fault, full refund

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Missing items from your order
  • Food quality issues (cold food, wrong preparation)
  • Significant delay in delivery (more than 60 minutes past estimated time)
  • Damaged packaging affecting food quality

3. No Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Order delivered successfully but you changed your mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer not available to receive delivery after multiple attempts
  • Taste preferences (unless there's a genuine quality issue)
  • Orders cancelled after restaurant has started preparation

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Our team will investigate the issue
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days if approved

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • UPI: 1-2 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days

6. Credit System

In some cases, we may offer HungryBowel credits instead of refunds:

  • Credits are instantly added to your account
  • Can be used for future orders
  • No expiry date on credits
  • Credits can be combined with promotional offers

7. Quality Assurance

We work closely with our restaurant partners to maintain high quality standards. If you experience any quality issues, please let us know immediately so we can improve our service.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • You can escalate the issue to our senior support team
  • Provide additional evidence or documentation
  • We'll review your case within 48 hours
  • Final decisions will be communicated via email
